The estate agents will provide you with up-to-date position of the properties available; explain to you the basic terms of the lease; arrange for your viewing of the properties; and assist you to complete the necessary leasing document. Remarks: Upon successful letting of the property (ies), an agency fee not more than 50% of the transacted monthly rental (exclusive of rates and management charges) may be payable by the tenant to the estate agent.

Non-domestic Government Properties

Apart from domestic properties, other government properties like shops, canteens, advertising space, car-parks, automatic teller machines etc may be available for letting for specified use. These are usually let out by open tenders. If there are properties to let, the Agency will publish tender notices in the Government Gazette, in designated local newspapers and on the Agency's website.
