Domestic Properties

A number of former staff quarters are now available for leasing. Anyone interested in doing so is welcome to approach any of the Agency's appointed estate agents listed below.

The estate agents will provide you with up-to-date position of the properties available; explain to you the basic terms of the lease; arrange for your viewing of the properties; and assist you to complete the necessary leasing document. Remarks: Upon successful letting of the property (ies), an agency fee not more than 50% of the transacted monthly rental may be payable by the tenant to the estate agent.

Non-domestic Government Properties

Apart from domestic properties, other government properties like shops, canteens, advertising space, car-parks, automatic teller machines etc may be available for letting for specified use. These are usually let out by open tenders. If there are properties to let, the Agency will publish tender notices in the Government Gazette, in designated local newspapers and on the Agency's website.

From time to time, the Government will be looking for suitable private non-domestic properties for government uses. Any parties who have suitable non-domestic properties available to let to the Government may send the respective property particulars to the Agency via add-reg@gpa.gov.hk or by fax at 2827 1891.
