| **Non-standard landlord's fittings and fixtures in the premises are to be maintained by the tenant. The landlord has no responsibility for fittings and fixtures that are not standard provisions in the premises.
#Our appointed estate agents may borrow door keys from Management Office of Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wanchai (Tel: 2594 5072) for inspection of property and return the keys on the same day after inspection.
Remarks:
(1) After the
