Tender / Quotation Notices

The Government Property Agency maintains invitation lists for tender/quotation of its revenue contracts^Note. Application for inclusion in the GPA Invitation Lists is free of charge. Any firm/individual not currently included but wishing to be considered for inclusion in these lists may submit a completed application form to the Government Property Agency.

Applications received will be processed by the Agency. Those firms/individuals that are found acceptable will be included in the Agency's Invitation Lists. To continue staying in these lists the companies/individuals have to demonstrate their abilities to offer competitive tenders/quotations and maintain satisfactory performance in connection with any contract(s) which they have been awarded. The Government reserves the right to review the status of a firm as a company/you as an individual on the GPA Invitation Lists in the light of any new information that may affect such status and remove a firm/individual from the GPA Invitation Lists at any time without prior notice and without compensation.

Revenue contracts include but are not limited to leasing government premises / advertising sites, operating canteens in government premises, etc.
