Invitation for Expression of Interest for Provision of Agency Services for the Purchase of Non-domestic Premises in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
This Agency intends to invite estate agents to express interest in providing agency services for the purchase of non-domestic premises in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- holding a valid Estate Agent's Licence (Company) and a valid Statement of Particulars of Business granted by the Estate Agents Authority;
- possessing the experience in practicing estate agency in respect of commercial and/or industrial premises (excluding carparks) in Hong Kong within the past three years from the date of this post; and
- possessing the experience in acting as vendors’/purchasers’ estate agent in the sale and purchase of at least two commercial premises plus one commercial or industrial premises (excluding carparks) in Hong Kong each at a purchase price over $75 million within the past three years from the date of this post.
Estate agents which are interested in providing the agency services should submit a standard form to this Agency at 9/F, South Tower, West Kowloon Government Offices, 11 Hoi Ting Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon (Attn.: Ms. SO Siu-ting) by mail on or before 7 May 2026. The form should be submitted with a copy of the estate agent’s Estate Agent's Licence (Company), Statement of Particulars of Business and supporting information on its proven experience in providing agency services for the sale/purchase of commercial and/or industrial premises (excluding carparks) in Hong Kong within the past three years from the date of this post.
Interested estate agents which fulfill the requirements in paragraph 2 of this invitation and are considered suitable for inclusion on the list of estate agents for providing the above agency services (“Government List”) will receive separate notification. If agency services are required, this Agency will send specific purchase requirements to the concerned estate agents by email. Please note that no agency fees (including commissions, brokerage fees or any other fees) would be paid for the agency services provided to this Agency.
- the estate agent or any of its directors, officers, employees, agents or sub-contractors has engaged in or otherwise been involved in, or is engaging in or is being involved in, any Offending Conduct; or
- any of the events mentioned above is about to occur; or
- it is or would be contrary to the interest of national security to include the estate agent on the Government List.
- “Offending Conduct” means any act or activity that constitutes or causes, or is likely to constitute or cause, the occurrence of offences endangering national security under the National Security Laws or would otherwise be contrary to the interest of national security; and
- “National Security Laws” means all laws and legislation which are from time to time in force in or applicable to Hong Kong relating to national security, including the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
This invitation does not constitute any offer or any basis of any contract which may be concluded in relation to the above agency services.
